Mia Wilson is a Speaker, Consultant, and Solutionist known for excelling in nontraditional environments while obtaining results. She draws from her diverse experiences in the classroom, corporate, and the community to create solutions and speeches that equip leaders to maximize all their potential while achieving success and fulfillment.
Mia has built a strong reputation for helping individuals, teams, and organizations succeed by teaching principles of leadership from a multipotential perspective. During the largest assignment of her corporate career as the Delivery and Project Manager of the 2016 U.S. Democratic National Conventions, Mia learned many professional and personal lessons as she managed a diverse team of 14 cross-functional engineers while transforming the city of Philadelphia into a mini-smart, connected city to host the Democratic National Convention Committee (DNCC) under Cisco’s “Official Network Technology Provider” designation.
After realizing the possibilities to thrive as a multipotential leader through entrepreneurship, Mia left Cisco in December of 2018. She went back into Corporate America from 2021-2023 as a contractor supporting Sales Organizations. Today, she manages the Business & Operations of an online, 7-figure business. Mia is also founder of Great At Everything™, a community where innovative thoughts and discussions transform leaders who want to be great in every area of their lives.
